As an Administrator, the most effective way to help your members is to see things from their point of view. This is something the CPDone platform offers and is one of the most used feature as an administrator.
It can be executed by following these simple steps:
- Go to Team -> Users
- Look for the user of choice through the different search boxes available. Name and email address are the most effective choices. Searching using a part of the information (e.g. email) will also provide results.
- Click “Act As” on the results page to assume the member of choice’s role.
- “<Administrator> acting as <the user>” message indicated at the top right part of the page shows that the process was executed correctly. This will be displayed the entire time you assume the role of the user.
- Assuming back your natural role can easily be done by clicking on the “Revert To Acting Myself” button found at the top right corner of the page.
