Email alerts are sent on different settings and frequency. Its aim is to let you know that you either have a new goal or have one that needs your attention. These email alerts will continue to remind you so you won't miss out on important goals, unless of course you acknowledge them.
Go to the Alerts page through either of the following methods:
- Sign in to your CPDone account
- Go to the log in page and fill out your username (usually your email address) and your password.
- Once on the landing page, click on the Alerts sub tab or hover over your profile icon then choose Alerts:
- Click on the link at the bottom of the email alert:
This may require you to log in, if you haven't done that yet.
Once on the Alerts page, all your pending notifications are sorted according to urgency or how near they are on their respective deadlines.
All you need to do is click the acknowledge button as shown above, to momentarily stop the notifications.
If personal goals were made in the past, their alerts will be found in its respective tab.
Once acknowledged, you then need to complete the goal since reminders will only be sent to members that haven't acknowledged and completed goals.
